 Course Features Championship 18 hole golf course 4-star rated course Rural and Countryside Landscape Description The Long Thanh Golf Club has been recognized by Members, Guests and Visitors as the best golf course in Vietnam for years. The Club is situated about 40 minutes from the center of Saigon on the Vung Tau spur road. We currently offer a superb twenty-seven holes golf course and it will be extended to thirty-six holes very shortly. Each course offers panoramic views over the surrounding countryside to Saigon in the west and rural landscape in all directions. Long Thanh Golf Club and Residential Estate is a Vietnamese, family owned business. They have spared no expense to build a spectacular golf course together with a sumptuous Clubhouse. Our fully trained staff is responsible to make players as comfortable as possible. Location: At present, there are 27 holes open for play. Each hole has its own characteristic shape and unique view that offers a wide variety and separate challenge to both novice and professional. Fairways are lined with beautiful oil palm trees and other similar species. The emphasis being on evergreen is to keep the course in pristine condition throughout the year. Paspalum fairways and tees are surrounding Tifdwarf greens. The rough is cut to a short length so that ball-searching could be kept to a minimum  Rules of Club All members of Long Thanh Golf Club and guests should obey these rules so that you will enjoy your great relaxation when playing golf. 1. It is suggested that you inform us before playing golf since each player has his own starting time. Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you want to cancel your registration. 2. At least 10 minutes before starting, all players have to notify the starter guides. Player who missed his starting time will be taken to the following gaps as the starter guide’s instruction. 3. Members or guests owning handicap at Long Thanh Golf Club should submit their score boards after each play. If the submitted number of your score boards is lower than 75% of your playing times, your handicap will be temporarily suspended. 4. In order to ensure an appropriate playing speed, we suggest: • The time to play nine holes can not exceed 2 hours and 10 minutes. • The behind group can outrun the ahead one. • The compulsory par 3 is called “call on hole”. You must mark the ball after reaching the green and offer the following group to serve the ball. • We will apply our disciplines if the golfer doesn’t obey instructions of starter and marshal, or has any violent behaviors. 5. Jeans, short shorts, short skirts, shirts without collars and metal spikes are not acceptable. 6. It is not allowed to practice on the golf course. Without permission of Long Thanh Golf Club’s management board, photograph taking is forbidden. 7. Do not leave litter. Trash or smoking ash must be put in certain areas or given to the caddy. 8. Maximum 4 players for each group. On weekends or holidays, each group must contain 3 players at least. Otherwise, it must conform to the arrangement made by Long Thanh Golf Club management board. 9. On weekends or holidays, player who owns handicap 23 and up is not permitted to play at blue tee. Players who wish to play at yellow tee must hold handicap 9 and below, unless there is approval from the management board. 10. Accompanied guests must pay the visitation fee before entering the golf course.
